Ingredients:
Pork belly, 1 kilogram
Salt, 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce, 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Marinate the pork belly with salt and soy sauce, soak for about 30-45 minutes.
2. Use a fork to prick the pork skin thoroughly and then boil it in boiling water until tender, approximately 20-30 minutes, until the skin starts to tighten.
3. Soak the pork in soy sauce for another 5 minutes, then drain and let it air dry on a rack.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot, then fry the prepared pork until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.
